Macintosh Users:

viewing VSupport Team Videos on a Macintosh Computer
To view videos on a Macintosh computer, please follow the instructions below:
Download the Firefox Browser by going to http://www.mozilla.com (videos will not play using the Safari browser)
Download the free Flip4mac player at http://www.flip4mac.com and look for the free Windows Media Player for Quicktime.
After downloading and installing, relaunch browser and VSupport Team videos will play on your Mac

If you have trouble viewing the videos on this site you may download a free Quicktime player
at http://www.apple.com/quicktime/download/.
You will probably want to uncheck the additional features under "sign up" like newsletters, etc.  It is not necessary
to receive these.
